Really nice storytelling and getting to know the person behind the technique. A lot of repetition though and sometimes for my taste a bit too spiritual. All in all definitely worth a read though.

Some really great bits, and a lot of skippable bits. Lots of time spent explaining why the method works, but not as much on how to personally implement it and grow using it. It certainly convinces you of the validity of the breathing and the cold exposure, It’s also a useful reference for certain exercises, but these are more accessible via his app and YouTube.

The first chunk about Wim’s journey and life story are probably the most worth reading, followed by the specific techniques and how to do them, which are dotted throughout.
