It's a solid 3. I feel like the book over sold on the 'Delicious' design and art, while the subject matter was all pretty basic. There were some parts that resonated with me personally, and a few analogies that stood out, but this book feels like it's more for teenage girls who are struggling with self esteem and relationships than it does a manifest to women living more fully.

The only time in the whole book where I felt like the author was giving creative ideas on how to actually 

 was in the second to last chapter where she went into different ways of pleasing the 5 sense in little ways that bring joy. The rest was pretty immaterial examples that sounded closer to an inspirational phone background than actual clear and helpful advice

I very much enjoyed this! It provided some much needed perspective on embracing change and being yourself. This book is primarily geared towards the gender binary, but I think it could be applicable for a lot of audiences. I listened to this as an audiobook but the physical book has a lot of beautiful illustrations that I really want to check out! Definitely would recommend!
