I finally got back into another In Death book, and I'm so glad it was this one! In here we follow Eve as she is trying to catch Yost, a hired hitman. Along the way, we learn more about Roarke's past since an old friend shows up and Peabody gets her heartbroken! I love this one and it was one of the better books, I think this one and the previous book with the whole thing with Roth were two really good books in this series. I think we might even squeeze in the next book in the series before the year ends!

Okay, so this book rebounded the series for me. It was what you would expect of this series by now, but had some good laugh out loud moments. I liked how everything fit together in the end.
