He treated me as an equal, and even though I knew he loved me more than anything, he never cut me any slack. For that I loved him even more.

Well, the stars in my review are because it’s the second book of Chloe&Bennet, and ones gotta love them. Also I love how the book ended and how Christina Lauren kind of closed their whole deal and prepared us for Sara&Max’s love story. 

I really like this series so far, but the missing stars are because there wasn’t anything special about this book, and if I didn’t love the characters, it could easily be a 2/5.

I was cringing very hard at the beginning of the book, because Pippa's personality can be a bit much for me, but as the book went on, I was so on board with the contrast between her personality and Jensen's :') it was amazing
The fact that previous couples keep appearing throughout the books its amazing, but their appearances in this book were adorable, that chat group was gold. I read the first book only a few weeks ago, how come I want to read it again? I am fighting hard against the nostalgia that I felt with that last prologue...

I definitely love reading Christina Lauren romance books! She always write the best romance stories that you will become addicted to her works. 
Beautiful Boss is a short novella on the cutest couple, Will and Hanna from Beautiful Player. Reader will get to re-catch their shelf with Will and Hanna again. Will is still sexy as ever and still forever in love with Hanna as ever! He is totally devoted to Hanna that he does not care where they live as long as they stay together. Hanna is still the sweet yet beautiful yet intelligent as ever that she is having a hard time in deciding which job she should take and if she should burden Will about the job decision. 
They both love each other so much that you can definitely see them working together. Hanna will definitely realize that she can count in Will about her decision in jobs since he will always be there for her. And Will will recognize that he does have a say about Hanna decision because Hanna is counting for his opinion since they are partner. 
Beautiful Boss is fantastic romance read that you will enjoy every second of it that you will feel sad that you have reach the end. Five Stars!

Guess what? Christina Lauren has delivered the final book in the Beautiful Bastard series. It is so sad to say goodbye to this series that every reader will agree. 
Beautiful is the final book in the series and it does not disappoint at all. It is another fantastic romance story with a twist of sassy yet funny conversations. Pippa is a intelligent women that she works her hardest in her career but she is definitely struggling in her personal love especially finding her former boyfriend cheating on her. She deserves a break in her life that she decides to go for it and join her friends in awesome road trip. She is definitely enjoying her self and also a sexy, Jensen.
Jensen is a sexy man that he has no trouble with the ladies. But he is definitely experiencing heartbreak that he put all of his focus in workload. He is on top of his game in his career but he has isolated his self that he needs to be out in the world again. He finally does when he join his sibling and friends in a road trip but he also gets to meet the beautiful, Pippa.
Their interaction between them may be cute and easy. But it will get more sexy between them. They have intense attraction for each other that you just know it that they are going to be a hot match. But they both have some challenges between them that they will need to face in order to know they work together as a whole.
Beautiful is another wonderful romance that it will have so much heart-warming moments with some sassy comedy. Five Stars!

Lovely, sexy, funny like always with Christina Lauren. I reconize my self in Pippa because she wants to be friend with those couples, who seems to be so perfect, like me. I'm a little sad because it's the last book of the serie but Jensen and Pippa were perfect to end this beautiful serie. Pippa is the opposite of Jensen but they fall in love each other. it's so cute, so just always believe in love ;) and we're all so happy for George !!

So... they fell in love. And now we have a plot! 

I'm not joking when I say that this one was better than the first. At least they care for each other now. It added a new element in the series.

I know I'm not being objective here because I started to learn français a few weeks ago and Marseille is one of the settings of the story, Bennett talked french a few times through the book... Ah! That captivated me a little more.

When I picked up this book, I thought that I wouldn't find meaningful things on it. But it shock me to find something so true (and I completely believe it) hidden in its loud pages:

"(...)“Find a woman who will be your equal in every way. Don’t let yourself fall for someone who’ll put your world before theirs. Fall for the powerhouse who lives as fearlessly as you do. Find the woman who makes you want to be a better man”..."

People tend to put someone else's world before theirs and I hate it. It's completely irritating.

Leaving life opinions aside, I recently found out that they are going to adapt the first book into a movie. Let me dream:

Not my favorite in the series, but still a fun read. Pippa was awesome, I just didn't really enjoy Jensen's character and felt that their romance was a bit too forced.

I made the conscious decision to put off reading Beautiful for... well, far too long. The Beautiful Bastard series is one of my all-time favorites and, to be honest, I just couldn't bring myself to let it go. It might sound kinda silly, but it felt like as long as there was one book out there that I hadn't read, it wasn't really over. Does anyone else have a really hard time letting go of their favorite characters, books and/or series? I struggle with this a lot sometimes. It finally felt like the right time a couple weeks ago, so I jumped on in. And while I don't regret waiting to read it, I'm glad I finally did. Beautiful was exactly the book I needed/wanted it to be.

There's just something about the characters in this series. I can't get enough of them. I loved seeing more from my old favorites. The friendships, romances and bromances are A+. But the newer characters Jensen and Pippa were fantastic, too. I relished the chance to get to know them better and I developed a bit of a girl crush on Pippa. She's the kind of smart, sassy and genuine character I can get behind. Jensen grew on me as the story progressed. I shipped these two hard. As hard as I shipped any pairing earlier in the series. 

Beautiful is one of the most satisfying series conclusions I've read in a long time. I can't think of one single thing I would change about it. I loved how the focus was on Pippa and Jensen, but how everyone came together. It punched me in the feels over and over again. I laughed and cried. I swooned and blushed.  The epilogues were absolute perfection. I'm getting a little teary-eyed just thinking about them. My heart is so, so full.

I don't always love novellas, but this one? Freaking adored. Will and Hanna are one of my favorite couples in the series, so I was excited to get an early crack at their novella via audiobook in advance of release. In fact, I decided to start reading it (listening to it?) immediately. It was short, sweet and sexy AF and it greatly improved my workout and errands the day(s) I listened to it. 

Beautiful Boss tells the story of the time leading up to Will and Hanna's wedding, the wedding itself and the time afterwards, when the couple is making the decision on where to settle down. I'm not going to spoil any of it for you. I'm just going to say that this novella was pure Will and Hanna. There were some smoking hot sexy times, make-up sex, a man-on-man kiss and plenty of feels. I was definitely fanning myself in public. (I was also discreetly wiping away happy tears.) The sexy times weren't the highlight of the book for me. My favorite part(s) involved Will and his excitement about being able to introduce Hanna as his wife. So freaking sweet. He had me melting all over the place. Will and Hanna are so damn right for each other. I loved seeing that highlighted in this novella. It wasn't all fun, games and sexy times, but it was realistic and left me smiling at the end. 

Grace Grant and Sebastian York are wonderful narrators. They took this story – and Will and Hanna's characters – and owned it. Their pacing and inflection was perfect. It was so easy to picture them as Will and Hanna, despite having listened to them voice other characters in the past. They're just that good. Narrators like these two are what make listening to audiobooks so enjoyable. I only wish there was an easy way to mark my favorite quotes when I was listening to audiobooks. There were some AMAZING quotes in this book and I really wish I could share them with you. You'll just have to trust me on it. ;)

And now? Now I go back and tackle each and every one of the novellas in the Beautiful Bastard series... something I should've done a long, long time ago. If they're all as fantastic as this one, I'm gonna be one happy reader.

It was definitely like and not love for Beautiful Bitch for me. But, there are a couple of reasons why I think it's a case of "it's not you, it's me". One, I read Beautiful Bastard *literally* years ago. I just skipped over the novellas. Now I'm trying to go back and finish up the series so I'm bingeing novellas. While I grew to love Bennett and Chloe while reading the series the first time, it took some time. So while I was excited to get more from them, I wasn't as "in the moment" with their story so that likely had something to do with it. I listened to the audio of this one and I had a tough time keeping up with the jumps in the timeline. 

All in all, it was a good addition to the series. I just wish I'd read it sooner after finishing the first book. I think that would've made a big difference. But, I'm still glad I read it. It was a nice way to spend a little under three hours.

Back to Chloe and Bennet, I didn't love that they spent a large part of the book apart because I love their weird dynamic but I did appreciate that the story had flashbacks to fill in the gaps of where Beautiful Bastard left off. The proposal scene had me laughing and crying at the same time. again the spice was top notch

This is the final book in the Beautiful Bastard series, and the only one I didn't get to do on audio (aka my library didn't have the audiobook). 

In this one, we spend quality time with two characters that we've already met: Jensen (Hannah's brother) and Pippa (former colleague and current friend of Ruby). This book starts out with Pippa finding out something not so hot before jet-setting to Boston to join Hannah and her friends on a three week long holiday touring wineries. She mets Jensen on the plane (not knowing who he is), gets drunk, spills her life story and then later meets him at Hannah's house (prior to going on winery tours).

This book has everything I enjoy in a romance: including (view spoiler)[fake dating (hide spoiler)]. Was it the best in this series? No, not by any means. Books three and four are definitely the strongest in the series (in my opinion). However, this book was still a lot of fun and it was comforting visit characters that we've already met. I'm sad that I'm finished with this series now. Reading it was a lot of fun and satisfied my romance book craving.

Overall, four stars! I'll definitely revisit this book and series for years to come.

Jensen and Pippa are the absolute sweetest!! I'm a little in love with Pippa myself now after reading this. It was seriously a wonderful conclusion to the series (and it had the BEST epilogue). Review to come!

Y’all. Christina Lauren is the BOMB. Beautiful Boss was one of my most anticipated releases of the year, because I love anything and everything that has to do with Will Sumner, and CLo did NOT disappoint. Beautiful Player is one of my favorite books, if not THE favorite book, by this author duo, so to say I was happy there would be a novella sequel would be an understatement. Beautiful Boss was pretty much a delight to read – revisiting Will and Hanna and the rest of the BB gang just made me so incredibly happy. If you love Christina Lauren’s books and Beautiful Player, then you absolutely need to get your hands on this latest novella installment.

“There is no way to mess this up,” I said, right against her mouth. “Even if we didn’t get married tomorrow, you’re the love of my life. I’m with you until we both die, at the same time, when I am one hundred and you are ninety-three.”

Beautiful Boss centers around Will and Hanna’s upcoming wedding and the new chapter of their lives as husband and wife they’re about the start. Hanna has been visiting different schools around the country to get a feel for what job offer to accept, but she’s yet to make a decision. Will is supportive of her but is getting frustrated with the distance between them every time she leaves to visit a school. I don’t want to give away too much of the story, but trust me, this novella is just incredible. It’s sexy as hell, romantic, charming, and so, so funny. Hanna and Will are the biggest science nerds ever, and I love them even more after reading Beautiful Boss.

Christina Lauren fans won’t be disappointed with this novella. It’s got their wonderful writing, two lovable, kickass characters, aaand even a little man-on-man kiss that will have you in stitches. And oh my god, Will is as swoon-worthy as ever! He will forever reign as one of my favorite book boyfriends EVER. If you haven’t read Beautiful Player yet (or even the series), I highly recommend it if you love brilliantly written contemporary romances. Then you can get on reading Beautiful Boss and experience the wonder that is Will and Hanna’s married life.
