The Princess Priscilla's Fortnight
A nubile but idealistic young noblewoman, in the company of her quixotic and besotted elderly tutor, runs away from her home in a stifling South German court, only to find herself a misunderstood and resented exile in parochial England; from which, at last, her only rescuer proves to be the very same German prince whose unwanted proposal of marriage had precipitated her flight, in the first place.
