Guy has used his experiences and references to other amazing business and psychology texts to put together an all encompassing manual on how to ensure that your product or service is positioned so that you are able to attract the customers and users that will absolutely LOVE and RAVE about it! Guy is careful to talk about ETHICAL ENCHANTMENT and even offers advice on how to avoid enchantment perhaps as a balance. I will most definitely be rereading this AWESOME book!
