i'm going to be a bit mean but this is what i call Stock Poetry . this is what middle & high schoolers think of when they hear the word 'poetry' and it's what makes them cringe away from it forever. at least mr pessoa acknowledges that he's a "minor poet" in 'i have a terrible cold'. (to be fair the english translation probably just sucks)
