at first the book was slow and i wasn’t enjoying the pacing but after about 40% it started to pick up and i was hooked. 

the ending i guessed, but i only guessed parts of it and when it all came together i genuinely felt sick to my stomach. i’m so grossed out and shocked and i don’t know how to deal with this.

this was a crazy story. i genuinely didn’t see the ending coming at ALL. i had my theories but they were all very wrong 😭 it was a bit slow for me at first but i eventually started liking it. alice feeney is a really, really imaginative author. 3.5 rounded up !!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH! So twisty, suspenseful and utterly messed up! This was a thrilling read the whole way through and I LOVED it. 🖤🖤🖤

Dark, heavy, and I was filled with existential the entire time I was reading this. The ending is something I can’t quit thinking about, and it going to stay with for awhile.
