One of the things I rarely see in romance or erotica is the verbal teasing, and the way these two went at it was amazing. I could not stop grinning; it made for the sexual tension to build up before my eyes, and when they got together, it was electrifying! And the candy hearts they used... *fans face* They would put them into action. 'TEASE ME', 'TASTE ME', 'GOOD GIRL', 'LICK ME', 'BEG FOR IT'

While this novella is erotic, I loved that it included some vulnerable moments shared by Chloe. Seeing her strong demeanor let down her walls a little for Gavin to get to know her was powerful. I also loved to see Chloe and Gavin interacting and feeling at home with each other in between their sexy moments. For such a short story, I truly believed the connection these two characters had.

Overall, Sweet Girl is kinky hot and electrifying, filled with teasing, banter, and some vulnerable moments that is perfect to read in one sitting.

There’s solid plot line, tons of steam and possessiveness, banter, sassy heroine, fun mythical tie in’s… basically everything you could want!

You pick this book up for one thing: the spice. And oh boy was it good. The spice in this book is EVERYTHING. I can’t even put into words how hot this book was. 

The chemistry between Chloe and Gavin was so powerful and I cannot wait to read more about them. Why is Jack making us wait till spring 2023?!

It took me a while to get used to the 3rd person POV but when Chloe and Gavin really got going, it kind of just blurred into one anyway and I ended up loving it. 

Weirdly my favourite part of this book wasn’t actually the spice, but rather the flirtatious banter they had at the start. The dirty talking was intense…

I reckon this is my favourite spicy novella ever. Didn’t think Dana Isaly could lose that top spot but it has happened.

this was SPICY! I enjoyed this valentines themed cupid novel, A LOT. it was spicy, fun & sweet in every way possible. I loved the characters Gavin & Chloe. their characters were practically perfect in every way & the chemistry between the two had me weak in the knees & swoooning. I really really hope we get more of them, maybe even a Halloween novel (iykyk) .. this was delicious in every way & I am still feeling some type of way from the romance & chemistry between the two!!!
