I'm not sure I have ever laughed so hard at a mystery before. So many characters to fall in love with and each for totally different reasons. Just right about it mystery, scary plots, fun, sexual tension and humor to make for a really fun read.

Two for the Dough is the second book in the Stephanie Plum series. It is better developed than the first book. The characters and situations were more elaborative. Her Grandmother is featured more which is one of the highlights of this book. 

There isn't too much to say though. It's funny. It's short. It's entertaining. This is one of the series that I read in between more serious books when I just want to relax and have a chuckle.

Second installment of Stephanie Plum and as enjoyable as the first. I was going to go with three stars, but the scene with Stephanie and Morelli in the Buick bumps it up to four stars. Damn, she makes me laugh.

I like the plot and the mystery/crime aspect of the book. I like Lula, Connie, Grandma, and Stephanie. However I find the men in the story hard to read. While I understand all the characters are flawed and very real, I think some of the things they say are unnecessary. However, it doesn’t stop me from enjoying the plot and the book overall. Will continue.
