This was a cute summer read. I don’t read a ton of middelgrade, however the warm setting and the wholesomeness of the book made for a great holiday book. As part of a series, I might dabble in one of the other books, however the dutch translation was TERRIBLE - 100% recommend picking up the original english versions instead.
