I feel pretty fortunate that the Potsdam College library has a copy of this book. I came across this while doing research for a paper on Jerome Rothenberg's translations of Paul Celan's poems for my graduate translation theory class. This book (if it can even be called that-- more of a collection of papers) is printed on handmade Japanese paper ("Hosho") and is unbound on a collection of twelve poem "leafs". This is also a limited edition copy of the book which is pretty awesome (copy #374/550), published by Unicorn Press. In the left flap of the book is a collection of photographs and maps that correlate to some of the poems. This was pretty cool to read. "Milk and Honey" is definitely my favorite from this collection.
