The Pro Golf Scouting Report

This book examines each player and tournament course on the PGA, LPGA, and Senior PGA tours in the sort of detail that was previously available only to sports journalists and corporate endorsement scouts. Specifically, each player on these three major tours receives a single page treatment in which their statistics, personal information, career history and the strengths and weaknesses of their game are analyzed in close detail. A photograph of each player is also included. Each tour event is also described and the host course is closely examined, including a thumbnail course map, yardage chart, course history and the highlights or difficulties of how it plays. The result is the most detailed examination of the coming PGA season available. It will be possible for the reader to anticipate the courses on the Tour that certain golfers excel at, or to anticipate and watch for certain golfers to have breakthrough years, declines in their play, injury difficulties and other factors that make following the world of Pro Golf that much more interesting.
