Quick paced, this book didn't really open up my eyes to evangelicals (sure, some are nice peeps but they still believe what they believe and have some generally conservative, homophobic and sexist views). However, despite spending a semester lying about his real intention about why he was at Liberty (a book deal), he was very open and accepting of pretty much everything around him. This book really does paint evangelicals with positive brush strokes (but I expected that since there is a pastor recommendation on the back), yet as an atheist, I found the book enjoyable. Maybe 3.5 stars, but I'm topping it to 4.
