           All of this male toxicity in Pamela's life is sure to boil over. Her actions may seem extreme but at the same time in her world they're justifiable too. She's pushed into being a villain because there is no room for abused women to defend themselves.

As with many of these YA graphic novels the afterword includes resources for readers facing their own toxic situations at home.

I have never read a potion ivy story before. But I really enjoyed this read. I also liked and really enjoyed the LGBTQ romance that was at the heart of it. I also really liked how this story had a darke twist and harder issues at the heart of this story like complicated family dynamics and more. I really loved how the world and how it was built. It was super fast pace read and ONE that I will def check out book 2!!
