After very boring few last books, which I've read in less then one or two days, due to me skipping huge chunks (I'll take self-doubting character to read about anytime. Just please, don't let it be person, which doubts about same things again and again, seemingly forever), this one was a breath of fresh air. Although there seem to be still unnecessary parts (for me at least), I liked the story (I mean, real story) much better. Very simple and nice reading while drinking coffee in the afternoon or travelling.

Not my favorite, but still a solid showing. Did feel the conclusion was dragged out somewhat and then rushed at the end. But still a solid showing and enough loose ends to have a good idea of one of the threads for the next book. Now if we can get the next Merry Gentry installment.....
