Leadership Strategy and Tactics Field Manual
Reviews

Based on his podcast I've been reading through some of his books - an interesting mix of scenarios from the battle field, lessons learnt and how they apply to the corporate environment. The advice is less macho than I'd expected, but as another reviewer pointed out it is advice that men have the luxury of being able to follow as they have so much implicit power and authority already.

It is a practical handbook on how to manage and lead withing an organization, particularly helpful for large organizations. The audiobook is narrated by the author, who used to be in the Navy SEALS. I must admit his military style of speaking can be intense for those of us that don't gravitate naturally towards the more assertive, testosterone filled talking style. But, that aside the book is very practical and covers a lot of good ground, with good anecdotes that apply in any organization, not just in the military.
