This was so cute! I love Webtoons like this. I want more. the story follows a girl whose family curse turns her into a dog at midnight for everyone she kisses. Now she's a teacher and still hasn't had her first kiss. Until she gets drunk. And kisses her coworker.

This was adorable. So cute. I laughed, I giggled, I cried. It was just what I love in my Webtoons. 

Random side thought, so many Webtoons have a red-headed female main character like Super Secret and Winter Woods as well. 

I'm not sure what else to say about this, I just thoroughly enjoyed this webtoon. I think if you're looking for something fun and cute, with multiple side plots that feel relatively high-stakes until they're not, then this is for you! It's about a woman whose entire family is cursed so that they each turn into a dog from midnight to 6am after their first kiss. The only way to reverse the curse to have a second kiss with that same person while in dog form. Hana, our main protagonist, is a teacher who closely guards her heart (and lips) because she's seen what the curse can do to those she loves. All this gets thrown for a loop when she accidentally kisses a coworker who is afraid of dogs. The story first follows her attempts at breaking the curse. 

I really enjoyed Hana and Seon's love story. It was sort of an enemies-to-lovers trope, which I'm always a sucker for. I loved both their character development throughout the series, with Seon opening up to others, seeing him go from a stoic figure to one opening smiling and acknowledging his feelings to Hana. Hana also really gains confidence and remains so selfless throughout. Both of them were just so easy to root for because they were both such good, selfless people throughout. 

The MVP character was Seon's nephew Yuul. He was the best character from beginning to end, always helping everyone out, even the side characters. TBH, if he weren't in high school, I'd probably pick him over Seon LOL. But no matter what happened, he was openminded, stood up for what he believed in, and wasn't afraid to speak his mind. 

I was impressed by how many plot points were weaved into the story. I liked that we saw so much of their lives as teachers, writing questions, dealing with student issues, navigating teacher politics, as well as their personal lives outside of being teachers. It was more than I would expect and even if it sounds mundane, it really kept the story going. (view spoiler)[ I felt like Hana and Seon actually got together earlier than I expected and I wasn't sure how much more there was going to be in the story. I was worried I might get bored once they were happily together. But the story definitely proved me wrong. The overarching mystery of who both Bogum and the new mysterious student were really interesting and carried through until the end. The story also expanded beyond just a small love story and instead felt incredibly epic thanks to the reveal near the end that showed the history of all the characters through their reincarnations and many prior lives. While I'm giving this 5 stars, I still had just a few small critiques. The first actually stems from the fact that there were so many plot points. While all the side plots kept me thoroughly engaged throughout, I also felt that the sheer number of them and how quickly they resolved cheapened some of the feelings I got out of them. To elaborate, some of the side plots, such as the bullying or the newspaper side plot seemed to be very high stakes. I was nervous for how each time the conflict would resolve. But the resolution was often not as satisfying because they went away so quickly. So while I enjoyed the build-up, I felt like I could tell I didn't have to worry TOO much because I knew it would just work itself out in the end.

My last thought regarding this story is that I wish there was a more satisfying ending for Yuul and Bogum. While both moved on with their lives, there was just nothing conclusive that happened. I sort of wish there was a little more given about their futures in the epilogue.

In the end, I enjoyed this Webtoon immensely. It's probably my second favorite Webtoon of all time, just coming in after Winter Woods. I highly highly recommend and would definitely want to re-read it whenever I just want to feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.
