Med student trying to find some time to read. Rating System ★★★★★ - A new favorite. Talented. Brilliant. Incredible. Amazing. Show-stopping. Spectacular. Never The Same. Totally Unique. ★★★★ - Still can potentially be a favorite, a really good book all around but I just had a few small issues with it. ★★★ - Can go two ways: 1) It was meh, average, no strong opinions, and I just didn't elicit any emotions towards it. 2) There were parts of the book I liked but then way too many things bothered me to warrant any higher rating. ★★ - Not for me, I can see why other people may like it, but didn't work for me. I can still pick out parts I enjoyed of the book, but had way more complaints than likes. ★ - This is trash and I hope I erase it from my memory. My reviews don't typically include a summary of the book, but instead my thoughts and reflections after the fact. Thus, they may be better suited for those who have already read the book and want to see my perspective. I also sometimes go back to change my rating after sitting on it for a while, especially for books with a half-rank.
