Stalking Darkness The Nightrunner Series, Book 2
Reviews

I can surely say that I did not expect this book to scare me or make me feel so broken as it did. A while back I had tried to read this second installment of the series but had reached a horrible reader's block! Reading it over again up to the point of bookmark was rough considering I remembered a lot more details. One thing I commend Flewelling for I'd her ability to make me remember a lot of scenes and dialogue and that's a hard thing to master, but it can also be a disadvantage with novels as long as these. Past my last read I encountered many emotions. Anger, sadness, affection. I adore these characters more than anything. Flewelling might as well have come to my home and beat me senseless! The torture and pain these characters went through, the challenges and the foes they faces. By the Maker! I couldn't believe how much I ached for them. I felt their pain and their love and I can say that I was completely mesmerized by Flewelling's talent to keep a plot moving. I look forward to seeing their next adventures, even if it means a lot more pain in the future. I can't wait to see this series through !
