Въпреки, че малък процент от книгата ми беше полезна е доста добре написана. Хареса ми систематичният и последватален стил. Ако сте в голяма компания е точно за вас. Частите за боравене с хора, конфликти и простите неща много ми харесаха. За съжаление голяма част от книгата е политика, комуникация в по-големи организации.
