I can see this becoming a movie. This book had me on the edge of my seat and I couldn't put it down! I didn't want to read this book after reading the first part of the Fear Street Relaunch because it did not meet my expectations. However, this one was definitely an upgrade. I wouldn't consider the ending a plot twist but it was still something that got me very surprised. Actually, maybe it is a plot twist. There was a lot going on, but not overwhelming. This was my type of RL Stine books. I had to stop reading at night because it was so descriptive and I could imagine what was happening in my head. #PrettyScary. I recommend reading this book as it is a fast read. It is about 300 pages but I didn't want it to end. Also, I liked the way RL Stine ends his books, especially on this one.

Enjoyable read 

Don't Stay Up Late was a really enjoyable read. However the ending seemed incredibly rushed and it felt like there should have been more focus on the wrap up instead of the "am I crazy????" monologues. All in all, I recommend this book.
