Boy, oh boy. This book was something else. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster. I felt like I was on Cass's rollercoaster. It was an awesome ride. You should try it. 

Cass has grown up in a trailer park with her mom and boyfriend. Both are addicted to some thing or other to get the high they crave. Cass? Well she is just trying to work through her days to get enough money to escape.

Cassie has pretty much accepted that her life is what it is and won't be changing anytime soon. Then one night while working the diner everything changes. She meets Tucker. After a few meals at the diner, Tucker convinces Cass to go out with him for a night out on the town. 

"I knew in that moment that I had stumbled and tripped through my life before, but now, for the first time, I had finally fallen hard." 

There is a lot of ups and downs in the book, but if the shoe fits... The only thing that I would like to see is more Tucker. He was there, but at the same time there could've been more. 

The book ended on a good note, but I still want more. Good thing too, because there's a second one hot on the press.
