The last part of this book is full of contrived definitions and flawed arguments. How could anything "social" be in contrast to man? Slavery existed (and exists) as a private endeavor, rather than existing because of the state; it's in spite of the state, if you look at human trafficking patterns. 

Overall a good source of citations for further reading of opinions against the State.

A classic work by Rothbard and my first steps into Austrian school. Very good and clear concepts and perspective on the role of the state. Every citizen of every nation state should read it and understand their role in the bigger scheme of things. Change in states is rather slow process so most of people accept the state as something that was always there. Especially interesting to me is how state influences the education system and what they teach and what not. Recommended short read! [reading time: 01h14m]
