Even though I ended up taking like over two weeks to read this book (I was busy with ARCs and not in the mood to read so I didn’t force it!) I freakin loved it! Luna and Elijah were just so push and pull and bursting with chemistry I freaking loved theM! 
And I can’t wait to dive into Stella and Nathanial’s story!

I have no idea if my review will even make sense because this book destroyed me and I haven't recovered. 
There is a lot of steam in this book but it is kind of a slow burn romance. So this story follows Luna and Elijah and why they have blood bonded -and anther secret that Elijah and his twin, Nate, are hiding. And let me just say right now that Nate literally stole my heart from the first page he's in! I love him and I can't wait for his book! I can't believe I have to wait until July thoooo.

I honestly did not see the twist at the end -probably because I was so focused on Nate lol- so I was genuinely surprised and really enjoyed it. It's been an entire day since I finished the book and I'm still not over it lol. I have so many thoughts that I can't seem to be able to put into coherent sentences. 

Luna and Elijah's relationship will make you bleed, it will frustrate you, it will definitely make you cry, but most of all, it'll make you fall in love with them. Their relationship is so complicated and now going to lie, I was annoyed with Elijah for the majority of the book. He kept pushing Luna away over and over again and I just wanted him to REALIZE that Luna is utterly perfect him.
 
When he finally realizes that there's really no point in pushing her away any longer, I wanted to run around the house shouting for joy haha. In the end, he mostly redeemed himself in my eyes and I can't wait to see more of them in Nate's book!

If you love Angel and Demons and everything in between, READ THIS BOOK!!

           Fated is the first book in this series by Liza James, and oohhhh boy it did not disappoint!

Luna is just your typical barista until she gets kidnapped and thrown right smack dab in the middle of a world she had no idea existed—one filled with fallen angels and demons. It is while Luna is with her captors that Elijah stumbles upon her by chance, instantly drawn to her the moment their eyes lock. He reluctantly saves her, and even more reluctantly bonds his life to hers after attempts to save her life have failed. 
The pull between Luna and Elijah intensifies between them after the bonding, and both do their best to deny it. Elijah does some shitty things—like keeping his fuck buddy after Luna moves in, playing with her emotions, and trying to force her off on someone else. The bond wins out and Elijah and Luna both come to their senses. They learn how intertwined their lives have been from the start, coming together time and time again over the years. 

In this book we also meet Stella, Luna’s baby sister, and Nathaniel, Elijah’s brother, and I cannot wait to see how their story unfolds in the following books!

4 stars ⭐️ This was like an urban fantasy soap opera on steroids and I loved every second of it 🤣 Basically, L.J. Shen alpha-hole meets fantasy? With a side of riverdale-esque drama and ridiculous smut? Count me in 😝 It was a super good KU read and I am starting the next one righttttt now!
