I read this in one day and I can indeed not sleep because I am SO CONFUSED??? Like the files were so interesting and layered but the grand finale felt a little off and rushed. I will be putting the other volume on my TBR

This book was a quick and easy read but left me confused when I got a certain point. The author tried to tie everything together and make it some grand story but this was not it. Easy read and nice to have a book checked off my TBR but not something I would recommend.

Enjoyable read. Different from what I would normally read, but it kept me interested, and I finished it in a few hours. 

It was also a very easy read. Even though it discusses mental health conditions, nothing was complicated or hard to read.

(2.75/5) 1 hour 9 minutes - This book was very strange and not at all what I was expecting. I didn't dislike it - I would go as far as to say that I was intrigued by the stories and the way the often intertwove, but I was also incredibly confused and this did impact my enjoyment of the book. I'm not sure how I feel about it from an objective standpoint - it does make a trivialisation and a borderline mockery of mental illness at times. However, I really did like the characters of Elliott and Noah.

This was a very fast, gripping read. The cases were very interesting with weird twists along the way. I definitely plan to continue the series.

The last file/ending was a little out of place trying to tie a lot of the pieces together but I feel like more of it might be addressed in the next book.

This is single handedly the worst book I've ever read.

I started this book thinking it was a collection of actual case files, instead it turned out to be a 12 year old's best attempt at creepy pasta. 

Nothing in this book is believable or even readable. Don't even bother reading it, it doesn't even have the redeemable quality of being so bad it's good. It's the biggest waste of time in my life.

It's good for what it is. Reddit spooky stories. I wish they would have just stuck to the school shooter case but otherwise fun.
