Since I was little, my parents fostered my love for reading; however, wasn't until I came across the Harry Potter series that I understood the power books have. They help you develop many aspects of your personality, your vocabulary and general knowledge of the world but most importantly, they allow you to live and experience life as so many other characters which would be otherwise impossible. It’s plain magic (in the form of storytelling!)
