How to properly emotionaly survive in corporate/society world and mindfully react to feedbacks.

Books mostly tell you what's difference between type of ppl who give up and bounce back.

Resilient ppl accepts reality and doesn't live in illusion.

>Practicing mindfulness on a regular basis will improve your mental toughness and overall brain performance.
You can choose as feedback receiver, what would you do and how you react.

>One way to boost your positivity currency is by expressing gratitude for the wonderful things that have happened or are happening in your life. A second way is to pay attention only to thoughts, associations and events that make you more positive.

>Understand that all feedback is given for improvement. You may not like the communication methods and channels, but try to overlook those things and focus on improving yourself.

>Separate the “what” from the “who”.

>A good trick is to take every feedback as instructive unless stated otherwise.

Lovely short chapters. I guess that one of the articles cited there was already in my previous read of the series : Mindfulness. This one came with simple steps and guidelines on how to be resilient, especially in business, since it's the (HBR duh!)
I loved how it emphasises more on the rebound time and rest !
Can't lie I pinne down a few books to read thanks to this short introduction to Resilience (a concise straight to the point version, very different from what I've read earlier this year !)
And now off to Influence and Persuasion !
