Sierra Ford

Reading has been my creative outlet for the past 16 years, and it has allowed me to form the most deep and meaningful connections with others. I have always found my way "home" to fantasy/sci-fi (especially if it is a series of 3+ books!!), but I enjoy my time wandering through its literary cousins, and emerging myself into the stories weaved throughout the world and escaping reality if only for a short while. In many instances, I have drawn qualities from the characters I have read, and ingrained them into my own character, which has made me a dynamic and lively mosaic of not only the characters, but by extension the authors themselves. <br /><br />I am part of a small but intimate book club between some of my closest friends, where we recommend books, spout crazy theories, and collectively feel the heartache and triumphs, the highest highs and the lowest of lows of the characters we have come to see as our friends.
