I need context 
What's the deal with that ending? And seriously, what was Danny expecting? Leon and Kai are super territorial and possessive, I don't see how that's going to work. And why is Kai so stupid?
But I like it, I finished in one go

4 stars for Stanley, Leon, Kai and Danny only. 

Took me over a month to get through this one, I think I got through 30% before I bought the audiobook and just casually listened every now and then. 

The spice was top tier, no complaints there, but idk man. Just not feeling this plot line like I have with her other series lmao.

Will only continue reading to see where this love triangle goes.

This was my most anticipated read for 2022 so far. I was definitely not disappointed! Danny is one of my most favorite FMCs EVER. She is badass, funny, sexy, and gives absolutely ZERO f*cks. Her internal monologue is so relatable, especially considering she is a professional assassin. Danny, if you’re out there, please let’s be friends! 

The push and pull tension between Danny and her two guys is just delicious. I felt like I was constantly on my toes, who she was having more chemistry with kept changing for me with every chapter. Honestly Leon really stepped up his game for me in this book! Kai is just as sexy as always, but we get a more emotional and vulnerable side to him in this book! The spice in this was phenomenal. 

As always we were punched in the face with a classic Tate cliffhanger. That ending… WTF TATE LOL. I’m SO excited to see where this goes, both with the plot and Danny’s two relationships.

Oh man, Tate starts this book of with a definite BANG. 

I absolutely love how Danny’s guy can’t stand each other. It’s such a different story line than a usually MFM book, 

Danny is a literal badass, but that’s no surprise coming from one of Tates FMCS. 

Pretty sure I’m still on team Kai but who knows at this point, they’re both fantastic 😅

That ending though, had me all in my feels then absolutely shocked. The queen of cliffhangers keeps her title 🤯
