After an ex-boyfriend told me I’d never be able to run a half marathon, I did what any logical woman would do: I set out to prove him wrong.

  🫩 fuck the Daddy FINE but for God's sake why does there have to be a sexual scene with the son nearby?? Thats his literal child dawg how does anybody get it up in that situation.  I lost all enthusiasm for the book after that. Which sucks because despite it being a smut book it had really important parts about the harresment that woman face while trying to exercise. Finding out about the relationship? okay cool but then sexual scene just wasnt needed, plenty of drama in the relationship alone. I also dont like the way the author tried to justify the relationship through Kat like the way she phrased it "youre so mature" gave me an ick. Margo is 23 and can make her own choices, the languag  around why just didnt sit right with me. This is my second attempt at the ex's daddy trope and the second time a scene like this has happened and its clearly not for me.

So hot, and absolutely adorable. The author warns at the beginning that the book is more spice than plot, but I disagree. I think it was the perfect balance.
