Andrew Molina

Great reference for mobility work and injury prevention. Provides a great toolkit that is easily integrated into a strength and conditioning routine. What many teachers forget is that change is hard, so sometimes the changes you are recommending need to be simplified and easy to incorporate to get 90% of the benefit, rather than being 100% perfectly right and 0% benefit because it becomes totally inaccessible. Kelly does a great job of keeping things accessible and useful.
