David A. Baldwin

David Allen Baldwin is an American political scientist and the Wallach Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Columbia University. He also served as the Director of the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies. He is the founder and first chair of the Research Committee on Political Power of the International Political Science Association (IPSA). He is noted for his contributions to the fields of international political economy, international politics, and American foreign policy. He serves as a Senior Political Scientist at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
