Melinda Annetta Beck is an American nutritionist who is interim department chair and professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her research insiders the relationship between nutrition and immune response to infectious disease. She was elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2022.
