The idea was good, but I simply didn't like its realisation as much as I thought I would.

The narrator was really annoying at some parts.

A quick read for both young adult and older adult. An expanded tale of Hansel and Gretel, incorporating several different fairy tales. A nice device - the author's comments between chapters about the upcoming events.

I loved this book. Of course I love the Grimm fairy tales. This was a really fun book and definitely something I'll be reading to my future kids.
