Time for a quick review: This book is absolutely perfect for those D&D Nerds (I'm one of them btw... no hate!) who want a good laugh in a very friendly way. I thought this was hilarious and many of my D&D loving friends also got a laugh out of this book. I highly recommend. Three out of five stars. ARC given by NetGalley for Honest Review [2.5 stars] A very cute book, but not something I see doing well in my library. The illustrations are gorgeous, I wish that this was storyboarded as more of a graphic novel rather than small excerpts with images after. It would work well as a short pet-centric d&d story. I think fans of tabletop rpgs will find this charming but it's not something they would drop a lot of money to own a copy of.
