This was a gripping crime novel but I didn't enjoy the romance, my bad because I didn't check before picking it up that it was "romantic suspense" and not a regular crime novel. 

I loved the plot, the fact that some chapters were from the killer's point of view, his twisted logic and his back story. 
I also really enjoyed following Nick, but I don't like jumping into a story out-of-order and I could feel after a few chapters that he had starred in a previous story (see the Predator Trilogy), which made me a bit frustrated. I also did not enjoy following Carina very much so parts of the book seemed a little less interesting. However, they were both well fleshed out and overall quite strong characters. The only problem is that I was not looking for a romance, so there was simply too much of it for me and it limited my enjoyment of the story. But the killer was so perverted that it kept me interested the whole time. 

I am not going to continue with the series because I just don't like romance, but if romantic suspense is a genre that you enjoy, this one is very strong and I highly recommend it.

“Speak No Evil,” by Ivy Fox is book three of The Society Series. It is an age gap, student/teacher, forbidden romance. They now have their eyes set on punishing Colt, but he has the chance to break it off and clear his name in the process. The Society is holding most of the cards, but what they don’t realize is by the unlikely pairing of Colt and Emma, they have the ability to bring them to their knees - but in the process, not only did more secrets be brought to the surface, they found comfort and understanding in each other. Colt is definitely an alpha hole to its finest, but Emma managed to go head to head with Colt and left him breathless in the process. This series gets better and better every book, and I have my theory on who is behind the mystery of the society. Do you?
