I run my hand along Peter’s cheek and sing, “I am seventeen going on eighteen, I-I-I’ll take care of you.”

Listen Kavinsky, i still have a few problems with you, but keep your good work up and i just might start loving you again.

“What would you do if I got pregnant right now?” 

“Lara Jean, we’re not even having sex. at would be the immaculate conception.” 

He groans. “You and your questions! I don’t know. How could I know what I would do?” 

Peter doesn’t hesitate. “Whatever you wanted to do.” 

“Wouldn’t you want to decide together?” I’m testing him—for what, I don’t know. 

“I’m not the one who has to carry it. It’s your body, not mine.” 

His answer pleases me, but still I keep going. “What if I said . . . let’s have the baby and get married?” 

Again Peter doesn’t hesitate. “I’d say sure. Yeah!” 

Now I’m the one frowning. “‘Sure’? Just like that? e biggest decision of your life and you just say sure?” 

“Margot’s oldest and smartest, and you’re the prettiest.”

 I’m the prettiest?? Kitty thinks I’m the prettiest? 

I try not to look too happy, because she’s stilltalking. 

“I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Trina.” Ms. Rothschild startschoking on her candy, and Daddy leaps up off his knee and starts pounding her on the back. She’s coughing like crazy.

From his tree Peter whispers, “Should I go do the Heimlich on her? I know how to do it.”

“Peter, my dad’s a doctor!” I whisper back. “He’s got it.”

“Peter, when Lara Jean’s gone, will you still come visit me sometimes?”

There’s a pause. “We’re not breaking up.”

When we say good-bye, I point at him and say, “Hufflepuff.”

He grins. “You got it in one.” en he points at me. “Hufflepuff?”

I know it’s your second choice, but in some ways it might be an even better fit than UVA was. It’s smaller. I think a girl like you could  really shine there, Lara Jean.” 

I smile at her, receive her hug, but inside I’m thinking, I guess she didn’t think a girl like me could really shine at UVA.

Why would anyone want to be an only child? What’s so great about having 

no one to warm your feet up against on a cold winter night?

Everyone will be so disappointed. They were all expecting I’d get in. We all thought it was going to happen. I never should have made such a big deal about wanting to go there. I should’ve just kept it to myself, not let anyone see how much I wanted it. 

My dream guy is Gilbert Blythe from Anne ofGreen Gables. Handsome, loyal, smart in school.

I'd say "no, I'm going with Howard" but this also works. On the side note i can't wait to force my boyfriend to kiss teddy bears in front of his whole class

. I squeeze the bear, and again he says, “Will you go to prom with me, Lara Jean?” “Yes, I will, Howard.” Howard is, of course, the name of the bear from Sleepless in Seattle.

“Why are you saying yes to him and not to me?” Peter demands.

“Because he asked.” I raise my eyebrows at him and wait.

Rolling his eyes, Peter mumbles, “Lara Jean, will you go to prom withme? God, you really do ask for a lot.”

I hold the bear out to him. “I will, but first kiss Howard.”

“Please!” I give him a pleading look. “It’s in the movie, Peter.”

And grumbling, he does it, in front of everybody, which is how I know he js utterly and completely mine.

Sentí que había partes muy largas y que en si no veía la importancia. Otra vez me faltó más de Peter Kavinsky. Pero no estuvo tan mal, a veces los últimos libros son lo que menos nos atraen y está bien.

this book was very hard to come in to at first that's why i took so long reading it tbh, but when i eventually was in to the story i loved it completely and now even the movie is out. I love the ending because it just shows how much they mean to each other and i adore the way they see eachother all trough out the book.

As high school ends, Lara Jean looks forward to her father's remarriage and seeing her sister, but she must choose a college, prepare to leave home, and possibly leave her beloved Peter behind.

Lara Jean has still so much to look forward to: a class trip to New York City, prom with her boyfriend Peter, Beach Week after graduation, and her dads wedding to Ms. Rothschild. Then shell be off to college with Peter, at a school close enough for her to come home and bake chocolate chip cookies on the weekends. Life couldnt be more perfect! At least, thats what Lara Jean thinks... until she gets some unexpected news. Now the girl who dreads change must rethink all her plansbut when your heart and your head are saying two different things, which one should you listen to?

This series is sooooooo much better than tsitp and they are so cute and I just love their love story

I AM CRYING. There is just something so lovely and wonderful and heartfelt about this series. I just love Lara Jean. I love her quirks and her flaws and I LOVE PETER and I love them so much together I can't STAND IT. Apparently this series was only meant to be a duology but thank the heavens it wasn't. This book felt very needed to the overall story arch of them as a couple and for her family as well. I love how slice-of-life these books feel. The plot and story isn't super heavy; this whole series is just so SWEET. UGH. I'm so glad I read these books.

my comfort, favorite trilogy. no matter how much i’ve read this, the love i have for this book keep growing and maybe the growth will never stop. my favorite part of the book is when lara jean and chris sneak out in an effing midnight just to go to UNC🥺🥺🥺🥺 it was brave and free and like peak young-adult moment???? i hold that trip close in the deepest core of my heart

What a good ending for this cute series. Lara Jean and Peter is such goals. If I were still in high school, boys like Peter is all I want to be a boyfriend honestly. The plot and story is just simple but I think I like the first two books more. But still if you want a feel good series just pick this series.

Always and Forever, Lara Jean closes out Jenny Han's sweet story about everyone's favourite high schooler, Lara Jean Covey.

It was time to say goodbye to Lara Jean, Peter, and John Ambrose as they head off to post-secondary school and I think this book did it relatively well. I had such high hopes and put so much anticipation in this book that it kind of fell flat for me, but I don't think there could have been a better way to end it.

I will say, this is my least favourite of the three books. There wasn't tons going on in this book other than Lara Jean wishing she gets into a good school, her trying to help with the wedding but being turned down, Peter barely giving her attention or having much to do with the plot and lacking all romance that made this series the adorable contemporary, YA romance that I loved. It was odd. I kind of wish more of a plot happened or the ending was bigger or grander. It just felt so lacking compared to the other two books. If most of this book didn't happen nothing would change for the series. It's a weird book I can only label as "incomplete" or "lacking" or "missing" or any other synonym you want. It's so weird.

I still enjoyed the writing, I just wanted more out of it. More conflict, more romance, more ANYTHING. Just something, that's all I want. It felt like a filler book.

Overall, this book is interesting but isn't the closing book I wanted. I still love Jenny Han and will be picking up any and every book I can that has her name on the cover.

Two out of five stars.

i’m kind of glad i didn’t have a high school boyfriend now because this book makes it seem way too difficult for post high school plans. i definitely wouldn’t want to plan my life around another person. 

nevertheless this book was cute. i’m gonna miss this series so much.

when she was graduating and her best friend was moving away i got so sad. that’s going to be my life in 26 days.

if you’re my friend and you’re reading this right now, even though i’ve told you think probably 100 times already, i’m gonna miss you so much when you leave.❤️

this is one of those contemporary conclusions you always want but never get. AAFLJ was such a joy to read. it filled my heart with such nostalgia and love. couldn't put it down and couldn't stop smiling :)))))

I honestly didn't think I would (given my experience with the second one) but I really did love this third book. I have to say: Jenny Han, I'm pretty impressed.

And oh, I really didn't think I would cry because, well, come on. But damn, I actually did!! And it takes a lot for a book to make me cry.
