Rebirth Harley is... exactly the same Harley as new-52 Harley. And that's the problem with this book... it's boring. We had 31 issues of Harley being zany and violent and Die Laughing does exactly the same thing as those previous issues except with zombies and punk rock. I want to see this character grow more. Her Joker arc was great! She can still be an anti-hero and silly, but she needs to stop doing the same damn thing over and over again. Also, there are now too many characters in her cast to really do anything interesting with them. Cut things back, give her some real challenges, and stop just feeding us the same story with a different hair style month after month...
