I enjoyed reading this book. I only rated it three stars because, as the description of the stars say, I "liked it". I did think the book was slow at times, but you can't expect otherwise when it's a memoir. You can report only what happens.

Either way, I like learning more about Dawkins as a scientist and how his upbringing shaped him. I enjoyed the latter chapters more because they are more about science and less about his childhood, but I think that anyone interested in Dawkins will get something out of this book.
