It is the future. The earth has been devastated by a nuclear holocaust and humanity is trapped under the iron fist of a new world government. But the promises of salvation are lies and a fate even more terrible awaits mankind. The secret organisation known as SPIRAL, the last line of defence against global chaos, has been forced underground.
