So my mom was reading this book so I decided I would give it a couple pages and see how I like an adult book for a change.. I literally was on the edge of my seat when I read this thriller. I couldn't put it down! At first I suspected the killer was Lo since he was very suspicious. So I told the story to my brother and he thought the killer would be Rick. So I'm like Nahh impossible! Then when I find out it actually was sherif Rick I couldn't believe it! I really enjoyed the ending it had a ton of action! This book is a must read and I really would recommend it to a friend

Apie šią rašytoją prieš tai nieko nebuvau girdėjusi, nors kartais ant knygų užmatydavau jos vardą ir pavardę, bet jos rašomomis temomis niekad nesidomėjau. Tad šią knygą ėmiau skaityti tikėdamasi detektyvo. Įpusėjusi suvokiau, kad čia labai daug romantikos - o tai tikrai nėra blogai - ir labai nedaug to detektyvo, kurio tikėjausi. Vis dėlto vėl pavyko persijungti ir skaitydama šią knygą kaip romantinį romaną su detektyvo prieskoniu daug maloniau praleidau laiką. 

Po pirmųjų penkiasdešimties puslapių maniau, kad jau atspėjau whodunit, bet, pasirodo, ne. Iki pat galo rašytoja vedžiojo mane už nosies, nors nemanau, kad siužeto kulminacinis posūkis buvo toks jau stiprus ir logiškas. Bet vėlgi nemanau, kad šis romanas ir pretenduoja į stiprų detektyvą.

O šiaip man visuomet patinka išsibaškę, sutrikę, šiek tiek išprotėję veikėjai, skaityti iš unreliable narrator perspektyvos man visad smagiau už viską. 

Galų gale tai buvo paprastas malonus skaitalas. Daug romantikos. Šiek tiek detektyvo. Pasiekė, ką prižadėjo.

This book was pretty good , It had me really guessing who was the killer. 
now the only problem I had was that there could have been a lil more humph in the emotions Brody had for our main girl. but it worked out well enough.

I loved this the first time and still loved it the second time. I forgot who the killer was so it was kinda like reading it the first time. Reece is the epitome of a strong character for me. Someone who really had to fight to come back from something so horrible and face something again. Brody is also a sweetheart can't not love him.
