I was somewhat disappointed by this one. I sooo loved the first series of books that I read by the author - I read all 8 in one weekend! The characters were not as likable and I found myself wanting to put it down and read something else. However, as there is a lot of time since when the second of the series comes out, I will re-read this one and see if it grows on me. I think it was too close to the time I read the first series and I still had that world in my head, so of course, I was disappointed - it is a different world! Time will tell.
