esse livro foi muito difícil pra mim. Apesar de ser rápido, eu demorei bem mais do que deveria pra ler. Ele trata de temas muito importantes de uma maneira muito bonita e real. Os personagens são humanos, sabe? E muito bem construídos. Mas mesmo assim, eu tive um problema emocional pessoal com o livro. Fiquei com uma tristeza muito grande enquanto lia e chorava quando nem precisava. O livro é sobre Vera Dietz mas tudo que aconteceu com Charlie me deixou MUITO mal do começo ao fim. Realmente tive uma questão pessoal com a história desse personagem, só de escrever sobre isso já estou chorando. Então dei três estrelas por ter sido um livro tão duro pra mim, não consegui aproveitar como deveria. Mas recomendo. Talvez só li num momento muito sensível da minha vida.

Finally, FINALLY, a good 4 star read. Vera is one well-developed character and I loved how all the events and characters are revealed and exposed (all in good time). Uh, the ending where all of a sudden they're on a road trip to some NC seaside town? What? Did the last few pages become a Sarah Dessen novel? Whatever, still a solid worthwhile read.

This book Is Great! :D I Really Liked It. Please Ignore Vera Dietz is about Vera's life since she was born until 9 months after charlie, Her Bestfriend, died. It was really interesting to know what she went thru and how she solved her biggest fear/problem with the help of her dad.

This is a strange book, but it captured my attention and held it. that's important to me. It wasn't the most worthwhile novel I've read, but it had good aspects. I loved the writing style! I didn't love the characters, but I felt about them like the authors wanted.

16+. Sad but gripping tale of a young girl trying to come to grips with the loss of her mother and the effect it's had on herself and her father, while her neighbourhood friend has demons of his own to deal with. No happy endings except confronting one's fears and allowing honesty to prevail.

Sedim sad i razmišljam zašto je dvojka, a jeste definitivno dvojka, samo mi je teško da konkretizujem šta mislim o ovome i zbog čega.

Nije bilo ničeg preterano lošeg tu, ali s druge strane mi nije ostavila nikakav utisak. Ne znam ni da li mogu da kažem da je osrednja doduše, jer mislim da ima ljudi koji bi iz ovog svašta izvukli i objektivno ima neki kvalitet. 

Pre će biti da prosto nisam bila preterano oduševljena nijednim od likova, niti me je interesovalo šta će sa njima biti. A, pošto nije bilo ni neke lude radnje da nadomesti ovaj propust, ostalo je sve na nekom besciljnom zapletu koji nije ni misterija, ni priča o žalosti, ni priča o ljubavi, ni coming of age, nego sve to na kašičicu. Malo se diskutuje o nevidljivom nasleđu koje vučemo iz porodice i pitanju da li ipak na kraju rastemo u naše roditelje, ali to nije bilo dovoljno za mene da zagrizem. 

Ne verujem čak ni da bi mi se ovo više dopalo da sam čitala kad sam bila mlađa. Prosto mi je jedna od onih knjiga koja se prosto desila i sad smo tu gde jesmo.

******4.3***** honestly I have no words but there were a lot of good messages in this book. And I'm glad there is contemporary that doesn't automatically focuses on romance. I really liked Vera I thought she was very relatable.
