3,5 stars It was a good book, and I liked the female heroine. She was so sassy and cool. I would like this book more if it was less cliché. The guy is super possessive and looks like a nice person, but as soon as there is another girl (who is not the main character), he treats her as "chick" and, obviously, doesn't take her serious. How would we know that Lo is actually what he wants if he doesn't treat other women with disdain, correct? Besides that, I liked their back story a lot. What I didn't like was their connection... they were too horny about each other and would not have a normal conversation, only when it was needed for the plot. So yeah, it is an okay romance book, but nothing special.

I loved this book. I loved that the conflict was not a mind breaking nonforgiveable and more that they built trust with each other and could easily get passed an unfortunate mistake. The spice was good too lol

Bad Intentions - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 Lo is a troubled girl who has had to raise her brother due to parental neglect. After a series of horrible events, her and her brother end up in Rivers Edge. While looking for work to support her and her brother, she meets Dare. Dare has an incredibly rough past as well, and is not looking for a serious relationship. Somehow Dare can't seem to stay away from Lo and wants her to himself. This book was beautiful. It was the right amount of spice, but honestly the story was amazing. I loved that there wasn't this big dramatic break-up style scene and it was more "you're having a bad time, let's work through this." Dare and Lo are literal goals and I'm in loooove.
