Those are the 3 lessons from the book. I might rate it lower, but it succeeded in its premise for the book that it is. Some things are obvious, but the anecdotes of others and their work lives really bring it together seamlessly.

Some interesting ideas, but not super practical if you don’t fully own your time or can’t easily disappear in your organization without anyone noticing
