Wolf's Mate
Reviews

Didn't love it, didn't hate it. But bonus points because Shay is Asian!!

Guess what out again? Another fantastic Chantal Fernando MC romance book! And it does not disappointment at all in the Wolf´s Mate. Reader will get to see Vinnie fall in Wolf´s Mate that it will keep you captivated from the beginning. Vinnie has been in the Wind Dragons MC prospect for the longest that he is a fully member to the MC which he is very proud of. Being a member has its advantage but there is a downside to it too. One of the downside to being a member is giving out favor if soneone helped you, which will be redeemed in Wolf´s Mate. Talon will finally cash in his favor from Vinnie to babysit his cousin which Vinnie does anyway. Vinnie and Shay do not get along with each other from the beginning but they late get to know each other that they will start a hot romance between them. It may be causal between them but they will develop deeper feeling for each other. Shay is a catch for Vinnie because she keeps him on her toes. Vinnie definitely perfect for Shay because he keeps her balance. They definitely have hot romance between them but there will be some bumps in the road. The main problem between them is communication which Shay lacks of. It will get better when they finally communicate especially Shay. Wolf´s Mate is another fantastic MC romance that you cannot put down at all. Four Stars!

Talon has called in his marker and Vinnie is on his way to find out what he will have to do to erase it when he meets Talon's cousin, Shayla. Vinnie is to watch over her for a week and make sure she is safe. Her father has gone to prison due to his cooking of the books for some very bad people. In order to keep him from talking, his daughter is now at risk. Vinnie doesn't like what he perceives to be a spoiled rich girl, but it isn't long before he and Shayla are on the run and he finds that there are depths to her that he never anticipated. All of the Wind Dragon books feature strong women who find what they need in the men of the Wind Dragon MC. The journey that the men and women take to come together is generally filled with enough adventure and/or mystery to make that journey an enjoyable read. In this book, however, the journey is fairly simplistic without the conflict between characters that drives a good story. Overall, this was a decent read but had the potential to be so much more.
