- i liked olive and i enjoyed her’s and ethan’s banter they were cute and i’m a sucker for the fake dating trope
- but i was very frustrated with how thick and clueless ethan was at times (i mean i do understand his position but still, it was a bit tiring to see him going in circles like that) 
- i kinda wish the final conflict and the ending overall before the epilogue would’ve stretched for a bit longer, it felt a bit rushed to me, and despite all that went down kind of anticlimactic, although i am to some extent satisfied with how everything came together
- i loved the torres family so much honestly i wanted more of them
- also how cute is this cover!!

This book was disappointing from the very first chapter, but I had to read it anyways. 

The characters were bland, the plot wasn’t that good and I felt like the only thing that made the main characters like each other was sex. And ugh, don’t let me start on that stupid apology. Ethan and Ami both said some very mean things to Olive and I felt like the writer totally acted like it wasn’t a big deal and that a simple “sorry” would fix everything. 

The only good thing I can say about this book is that it’s easy to read and would probably be more enjoyable if you’re on vacation yourself.

I loved it so much!! The pacing of the story, the banters, the story, the characters were (almost) perfect. It's such a cute light and fun read. The chemistry Olive and Ethan has was one of the best I have read in a while. It didn't feel forced at all; it felt so fresh and it's so fun to read. It's probably going to be one of my comfort books because it made me feel SOO happy and giddy, but at the same time, it made me so upset and sad. I hated the last chapter, but I love the epilogue, ITS SO CUTE.

Aiii esse livro começou tão bom. Eu li os primeiros 50% com aquele sorriso bobo de quem ta completamente apaixonada por um livro. O Ethan é maravilhoso, e achei a história dele com a Olive muito linda. Mais que isso é um livro muito divertido, eu ri horrores. Mas acho que a história do Dean foi desnecessária pra história. Não acho que acrescentou muito. Precisaria de mais páginas e mais desenvolvimento para aquele plot fazer sentido. Me parecia que as autoras não sabiam que tipo de conflito escrever para os personagens então criaram aquilo, o que poderia ter sido perfeito, mas me faltou história, na minha opinião. Mas ainda assim foi bom, eu gostei demais e recomendo para qualquer pessoa que queira ler uma história fofinha e bem rápida de ler :)
Me deu vontade de voltar a ser obcecada nos enemies to lovers hahahha! Quero ler mais das autoras.

This book was full of lots of laughter and tears. So many sweet moments and it’s very beautifully written. My first assumption was this book was going to be a very cheesy romance. But I was very wrong, it was the genuine sweet romance and showed a lot of vulnerability between the two main characters. You don’t see vulnerability shown often in this genre and this book perfectly portrayed it so well. It was mesmerizing to read the vulnerability and fully grasp who they are and their full thoughts and emotions. This is the best book I’ve read in a long time, I felt so many emotions as I was reading. It was a fun emotional rollercoaster and I absolutely loved the ending. Such a wonderful read and I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I love reading about enemies-to-lovers stories.
Maybe it is fueled by my incessant need and instinctive joy to argue everything. The thrill of toeing the line between love and hate. The fun and flirty quipping that makes an explosive chemistry.
And perhaps, a qualified therapist might one day explain to me why this trope is so enjoyable to me and my highly argumentative character. We may never know.
The Unhoneymooners is pretty much what you would expect from a fun, light summer read. It is packed full of cliches that makes a rom-com what it is. Not that that's a bad thing at all. It delivers. Is it memorable? Not at all. But it sure was fun.

So I didn’t love this one. It was cute and funny at times, however I found it to be a bit lacking in the character development. It somehow felt too long while still having holes in parts of the story. Some parts could have been more detailed as it felt as if there were missing parts that would have made for a stronger story and better reasoning for the character (s) hating each other if included. Not anything groundbreaking or super intriguing. However, it was very cute, funny, and an easy read.

3.75 I didn’t get into it until about half way in, and I was more invested in the Dane thing than the actual relationship. But by the end of it I also couldn’t put it down. It’s a nice, casual read that is fun and satisfying.

it had few funny moments, but other than that, it wasn’t very enjoyable. the idea of it intrigued me, but ultimately, i found myself having a hard time finishing the book.

tbh this was a pretty enjoyable read! i loved all the parts when ethan and olive were in maui a lot. their chemistry was really nice! after the actual honeymoon is where it fell flat for me tho. 

the story afterward wasn’t even really about ethan and olive?? idk i was just kinda thrown off by that. while it did focus on their feelings, i felt like the story was just placed there. i thought there was no clear direction in the plot after they both went on the honeymoon, but maybe that’s just me haha.

also, ethan and olive themselves are a bit unlikeable in my opinion. olive is alright but there’s something about ethan…. idk lol. there’s some cute moments that ethan had, but i still can’t get over him defending his brother. and i’m sorry but olive i honestly don’t care about your boobs that much 😭

now let’s talk about the hype surrounding this book. this was enjoyable but i would not say that this is the best book i’ve ever read. at all. it was just pretty average to me. i was expecting so much more just based on what people were saying. it was just too hyped up 😔
