One of the only audio books I've been able to get through. So entertaining!

Goofy and inconsequential, but altogether entertaining.

Fun story with a predictable arc. Even though there are some strange things that show up that probably should have been caught by an editor, if you love a fun zombie story with a bit of adult humor you'll probably enjoy this quick read.

So this was a big giant meh. I absolutely loved Lamb by Christopher Moore, but The Stupidest Angel was a meandering mess. The climax of the book was fun with a zombie showdown at a Christmas party, but it took so long to get there. Also, I just can't deal with books where a big chunk of the humour is guys acting like jerks (see Tucker Case). There was a lot of "boys will be boys" and "lulz, that lady is crazy pants!". Low brow humour, very much punching down. Would have made a better short story.

Humm, I really don't know what to think of this book... I'm a huge fan of absolute wackiness in books (I love the likes of Tom Holt & Stephen Walker) but I had a really hard time getting into this one. I just didn't find the book funny and it didn't make me laugh at all. Well, maybe I wasn't in the mood to read this type of book right now, I don't know.

"Humans, generally, suck." This is a weird book to review. I think it's a bit chaotic at times, though it can be laugh out loud funny at others. I'm not sure how to feel about it, as the chaos made me skim for parts but overall I did enjoy it quite a bit. (it also gave me a good line for a Christmas card.) I think it's worth a read if you like self-aware zombies, people being their usual horrible selves, and a good laugh. It is nice that it also happens to take place during Christmas, and I can see myself offering it as a relatively short read for the holiday season.

What can I say? This book amused me. After reading a few rather grimly toned novels lately, it was nice to pick up something like this. A quick, funny read. Nothing knocking my socks off, but I liked it.

This was a great third book as it was everything I expected from this series with just a little more weirdness going on. It was exceptionally stupid in all the best ways. I laughed my butt off many times during it. Lots of serendipitous events told in a whimsical style. An absolute win of a read for me.
