A tongue-in-cheek, B movie exercise about a gunslinging evangelist, Jebidiah Mercer, who has to rescue the town of Mud Creek from a curse caused by the lynching of an Indian medicine man. When bodies begin showing up in Mud Creek the likes the Doc have never seen before, it's up to Jebidiah to purge the town of evil. Dead in the West is a compact Western-Horror novella that would make a great B-horror film. The climax is gory and intense!
